We told you recently how the end of the series, 13 Reasons Why proved to be disappointing, an opinion shared by many fans that if you believe the reviews published on the Internet. A priori, the prospect of a spin-off still seems particularly distant, but, the little game of ” what if “, it is a different direction taken by the debate. At the heart of the subject, the choices made by the team at the end of season 1. If they had been different, then this is the series that would have been a different result.
13 Reasons Why, another vision of the story
This is Brian Yorkey, the showrunner of the series, which was expressed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. I liked the idea that there was a message to understand, and that despite everything, there is a second chance. Knowing also that it would be difficult to see Hannah go back to school and see face these teens.
It has, however, settled in realizing that the death of Hannah would make the message much stronger. The death of the young daughter, however, has played a vital role in the success of the first season. Difficult to be certain that the series would have had such initial success without this decision.
