The family of Queen Papatie-Poucachiche has reason to fear for her health and safety.
Queen Papatie-Poucachiche of Lac-Simon is missing. The 15-year-old girl was last seen on June 8, in the Val-d'Or area.
According to the Sûreté du Québec, Queen Papatie-Poucachiche could get around on foot, in the Val-d'Or, Lac-Simon or Pikogan area.

- Weight: 48 kilograms (105 pounds)
- Hair: black
- Eyes: brown
The Sûreté du Québec is requesting anyone who sees the teenager to contact 911.
