In a report issued by the association, the association explained that the total expenditures were spent on a group of charitable and humanitarian projects in the emirates of Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, and benefited a large segment of orphans and needy and needy families, in addition to implementing Ramadan projects and providing monthly medical, financial and food assistance that contributed to alleviating On the suffering of families, and supporting them with a package of charitable initiatives and projects.
The spending of Al Ihsan Charitable Society during the month of Ramadan amounted to 13,185,875 dirhams, the most prominent of which was distributing the “Ramadan Meer” to 3000 needy families, distributing the “food basket” and delivering it to the homes of 2000 needy families. Delivering iftar meals to several workers’ housing sites and homes of needy families, while taking precautionary measures to limit Covid-19, in addition to distributing “zakat al-Fitr” and zakat on money to eligible families, Eid, and clothing for orphans. During the same period, the association contributed to helping emergency and urgent cases, through its radio programs aimed at supporting patients, in addition to the cases that came to the medical complex and provided health support to them.
