Ignacio Nicolas Martin (24 years old) arrived in Rio Quarto at the hands of the technical authorities of the Emergency Operations Center. De Leon stated that the entity’s goal is to stop the illegal practice of medicine, and furthermore, the highest speed is expected in the investigation of the case. It is not known if Martin was arrested, and if he is really studying or studying medicine, what will the university do about it.
