Tel Aviv – Three people were injured in a shooting attack in Tel Aviv today, the condition of one of them is critical, writes The Times of Israel website with reference to medical professionals. The police said that the attacker was “neutralized”, according to them it could be a terrorist attack.

All the injured are men between the ages of 20 and 30. They were taken to the hospital; the condition of one of them is critical, while the other two are in moderate condition, the rescue service said.
The Jerusalem Post news website, referring to footage from the scene published on social networks, writes that there may have been two attackers, one of which may have escaped. Referring to the rescue service, ZAKA writes that the seriously injured person is one of the attackers.
Meanwhile, the mayor of Tel Aviv called on the protesters to go home. Israelis have been demonstrating since the beginning of the year against controversial judicial reform being pushed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government, and large-scale protests are still taking place today. The Prime Minister, who flew to Rome this afternoon, was informed about the events in Tel Aviv during a visit to the synagogue.
