Amazing motorcycle ride on March 9, 2023 on the occasion of the inauguration of Petr Pavel as president.
Prague – More than a hundred motorcyclists passed through Prague today on the occasion of the inauguration of the new president Petr Pavel. The event was organized by the Harley-Davidson Prague dealership. Motorcycle riders of all brands were invited to the event. Pavel is known as an active motorcyclist, he has already said that he plans to ride a motorcycle even during his presidency. Last week he arrived on his machine at the opening of the Prague Motorcycle Fair.

Motorcyclists gathered at the event from 10:00 a.m., leaving for the ride an hour later. Jaroslav Vavřina from the Harley-Davidson Prague dealership told ČTK that they organized the event because they supported Pavel throughout the duration of his election campaign. “We wanted him as president and we got that wish,” he said. The people from Prague Harley participated, for example, in collecting signatures for Pavlov's candidacy.
The driving route led from Výstaviště to the highway, after which the motorcyclists went through Wenceslas Square to Žitná Street. They continued along the embankment and crossed the Mánes bridge and took Chotková Street to Mariánské Hradby Street, which runs past Prague Castle. Their ride ended in Strahov.
