“In the case of the accused teacher of Bishop's Gymnasium Krupko, an indictment was filed for the crime of sexual abuse and the offense of sexual coercion,” said Langr. He added that, according to the investigation, the teacher abused four girls one after the other. If found guilty, the prosecutor proposes an unconditional prison sentence. The accused pedagogue faces two to ten years in prison because he would have committed the crime as a teacher.
The school filed a criminal complaint against the pedagogue on suspicion of abusing minor female students. In this way, she reacted to the stimuli she received last March. One of the school's representatives, who did not wish to be named, previously told ČTK that the teacher no longer works there. Langr added that the public prosecutor's office will not provide additional information regarding the age of the victims and the nature of the case.
