Zlín – Actors Tereza Ramba and Jan Cina now have their stars on the Walk of Fame in front of the Zlín Velký Kine. The unveiling of tiles with the names of the actors is a traditional part of the accompanying program of the Zlín Film Festival for children and youth. The Walk of Fame project has been taking place since 2006, the event with the festival is being prepared by the Kapka naděje Foundation. The stars revealed today are sequence number 38 and 39.

“I am very happy. I was even more happy when I found out that Honzík and I will get the star. I'm just sorry that I can't take it home,” Ramba told journalists today. Cina was also excited about the star. “My reaction was surprising and enthusiastic and I thought about the mission of acting and what it means. I evaluated it positively and I appreciate it very much,” said Cina.
Ramba admitted that having children makes filmmaking for children a much bigger topic for her than before. “I try to filter the fairy tales and release only the good ones,” she said. However, with the fairy tale About the Christmas Star, where she played the star Denička, she has not yet succeeded with her older child. Cina is known to children as the devil Boniface from the fairy tale Čertí brko. “My cousins' children call me Boniface and they keep looking for corners where I have them,” said Cina. According to him, creation for children is important. He perceives, for example, that there is a lack of images for older children. “When do they stop being children, but they still don't know where they belong. There are still not that many films, but maybe that's also because it's a sensitive period and it's difficult to get to these children,” said Cina. On the contrary, the tradition of animated creations for younger children is strong in the Czech Republic.
As a child, Ramba liked the series Krteček. “Then also Vinnetoua. Whenever I could look, I looked at him, all the time. All my life I played that I was Vinnetoua or Nsho-chi,” said the actress. Apart from Mole, Cina liked the fairy tale The Crazy Sad Princess. “My puberty started with the film The Loners, that was my teenage film,” Cina said.
Both actors remembered their beginnings as actors today in Zlín. “In my opinion, I started with much more self-confidence, playfulness and purity than now. As a person knows more about this and ceases to be a child, he begins to doubt himself more and begins to make more demands on himself. Now I am returning to the original joy, playfulness and discovery that I had there as a child,” said Cina, who also starred in the fairy tales The Promised Princess and Magic of the Kings, the films Smradi, Národní trída, Buko and the TV series Most! or Actor.
Ramba first appeared in the movie Rafťáci. “The first filming shaped me, until then I was a child and suddenly I was in another world, without parents, with friends, we went on rafts, went swimming. Now it's more work, but it's still a beautiful profession, you can experience a lot lives safely if you work with it well, and you can experience things that people don't experience,” said Ramba, who also filmed the series Sign of the Horse in Zlín. For example, she starred in the films Berries, The Modern Photographer's Day, Bethlehem Light, Barefoot in the Stubble, Owners, she is filming the film Alcoholic Notebook.
