‘Extremely difficult circumstances’

The statement added, “As train trackers and inspectors, they perform their work with high efficiency and work in extremely difficult conditions. Despite this, negative behavior may occur from a railway employee, and this is an individual behavior that does not reflect the masses of railway employees, who consider that respect for passengers and their service is the basis for the work of the railways.” railway system.

He explained that “all instructions issued to all the conductors and all railway employees, are that dealing in all situations is within the framework of respect for the passenger and within the framework of the law.”
