Apple Inc announced that there will be a special event on November 10 , whose theme is “One More Thing . “ The company did not give details of the meeting but analysts estimate that on that date it will unveil its new Macs with its own custom Arm-based CPUs .
Apple is expected to launch three new laptops next week, a 13-inch MacBook Air and two 13- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models , according to a report by Mark Gurman for Bloomberg .
According to this report, the company is also working on a redesigned iMac , as well as a new Mac mini and a mid-size Mac Pro that will also incorporate new Apple chips.
Apple Silicon Macs will mark the start of a transition from Intel Corp , Apple's supplier of processors for laptops and desktops since 2006.
Apple's next event will be on November 10
Apple announced its own processors last June during its WWDC20 developer event . These chips are designed to reduce power consumption and improve battery life, while boosting performance.
Combined with the use of neural units, the company hopes to achieve improved graphics performance as well as improved computing for artificial intelligence development.
The new processors are also compatible with iPhone and iPad 'apps'. The company promised in its presentation a ” seamless integration ” with the software developed by Apple, so that all applications are adapted to the use of the new processors through the use of the Xcode language.
In addition to the new Macs, analysts believe Apple could introduce new AirPods headphones and trackers similar to those made by Tile Inc at this new gathering to boost Apple's growing accessories business.
It should be remembered that in October Apple presented its new iPhone 12 , the company's first smartphone that is compatible with 5G. The cell phone comes in four sizes, one of which is the mini version. It included improvements to the processor and the camera, just as it is done every year.

Just a month before this launch , the Apple Watch 6 was presented , which allows you to measure the level of oxygen saturation in the blood in just 15 seconds. At the same event, an Apple Watch SE and two new iPads were unveiled .
Throughout the year Apple also surprised with the launch of a new iPad Pro with LiDAR scanner and dual camera; as well as the iPhone SE 2 which is a version with a more accessible price.
As every year the operating system was also updated . This time it included several improvements over previous years. IOS 14 introduced widgets , which present pinnable information on the home screen, in different sizes. Users can make use of a smart widget tool , which uses artificial intelligence to highlight the correct widget at the top based on time, location, and activity.
App Library or Application Library was also added, a space where Apple apps are automatically organized by categories. One of the most interesting developments was the improvements in privacy management. In this sense, if an application is using the camera, the user will see a small green dot in the upper right corner of the screen. And if the microphone is being used, there will be a yellow dot.
In a few days more news will arrive at this event on November 10 that bears the slogan “one more thing” and that recalls a phrase that Steve Jobs used to use at company events before unveiling products without notice.
