The famous American musician Dave Bartholomew (Dave Bartholomew), who stood at the origins of rock ‘ n ‘ roll, has died at the age of 100 years.
The trumpeter from New Orleans together with Fats Domino wrote such classic works as “Ain’t That a Shame”, `I’m Walkin`” and “Let the Four Winds Blow”. The musician’s name included in the Hall of fame rock-n-roll.
Bartholomew died Sunday in a hospital in the suburbs of New Orleans of natural causes. His eldest son, Dave Bartholomew, Jr., confirmed the news. The musician was popular in the USA during the Second world war.
