After having slipped his presence in the last moments of the end of the second installment, Batwoman has officially found its Poison Ivy. According to what was reported by Variety magazine, Bridget Regan has been cast to play Pamela Isley, known as Poison Ivy, and will debut as a recurring guest star on the third season of the series starring Javicia Leslie.
According to an official description of the character, shared through the specialized portals, Isley is a passionate and brilliant scientist, with a mind to change the world for the better. However, her plans fall apart when a colleague experimented on her and injected her with various plant toxins. In that way, the botanical enthusiast was transformed into Batman’s infamous enemy, Poison Ivy.
With formidable power running through her veins, Pamela used her powers to do what she believed was right, even if Bat Man and those closest to her disagreed with her dangerous methods. Now effectively wiped off the board for years, Batwoman and his team must prepare as the villain will return with revenge in mind.
