People who visit the main shopping centers of Cencosud Shopping Centers, you will be able to enjoy this innovative experience in the country. The technology that Cencosud Shopping Centers brings to Chile is part of the strategy used by large shopping centers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Cencosud Shopping Centers, together with the Spanish company Trison Necsum, inaugurated the interactive 3D screens that are available from November 23 at Mall Florida Center, Alto Las Condes and from November 24 at Costanera Center .

Currently, shopping centers and retail are generating strategies hand in hand with digitization, new generations, changes in the interests and habits of post-pandemic people.

For this reason, there has been a significant increase in visits, sales have recovered vigorously, generating a positive assessment by customers towards a shopping experience in a physical store, with the purpose of integrating the interdependence of the physical world with digital and the search for spaces for connectivity, socialization, recreation and entertainment.

The leaders of this project made an analysis that covers the importance of innovation and the creation of memorable experiences, to strengthen the value proposition of Cencosud Shopping Centers in all its shopping centers, through the interrelation of the physical world with the digital one in a fully hybrid customer journey.

Interactive 3D displays

Due to their magnitude and high resolution, the interactive digital screens that arrive in Chile for the first time, with more than 45 million pixels of image quality and professional sound, seek to change the shopping experience through content that is the protagonists in this experience, and where emotions, culture and digitization of activities coexist.

“We are happy to offer a new level of world-class experience to the customers of our shopping centers. We continue to be very enthusiastic, moving forward decisively in our strategy of innovation, digitization and being at the forefront of customer experience”, commented Rodrigo Larraín, general manager of Cencosud Shopping Centers.

The technology used in these screens will be in charge of the Spanish company Trison Necsum, a digital art and entertainment studio specialized in generating magical experiences through technology in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

The founder and CEO of the Necsum Trison company, Mikel González, explained that “Digital Art contents are based on digital architecture Shows. A golden waterfall that will impress those present with its three-dimensional fall or a dance house, are just a few examples of digital entertainment that can be enjoyed with this innovative audiovisual technology.”

“In addition, interactive games for all ages are completed, where visitors will be the protagonists on each screen, and through multiple sensors and cameras, they will be able to play and have fun interactively. This technology also allows you to enjoy augmented reality, share photos with friends and even play digital bowling. It will be a place where you can live unique experiences on each visit,” added González.

Interaction with the screens is totally free so that people can upload photos, play, enjoy experiential videos and high-resolution images that will constantly change and adjust to the different seasons of the year.

During these days the screens will be available in the central squares of the Cencosud’s three main Shopping Centers.
