This summer the Chiflón del Diablo in Lota will reopen its doors. Although there is no exact date, they have already confirmed that it will be in the summer season. As the new modality will have a limited audience, tickets will be made through the online reservation system.

This was stated by the president of the Lota Citizen Board of Heritage, Culture and Tourism, Yéniffer Fuentealba.
In this regard, the leader, citing a meeting she had with the director of the Tourist Circuit of the ProCultura Foundation, Francisco Fuentes, indicated that the site will have improvements for the safety of its visitors.
By the way, he announced that -unlike previous years- the number of tourists per day will be limited, so an online reservation system will be implemented.
Let's remember that this national monument is part of the attractions that Lota has in its application to be Unesco World Heritage Site.

The mayor of Lota, Patricio Marchant, will officiate both the administrator of the Lota Sorprendente circuit and Corfo, so that both entities inform the community of the recovery process that the mine is undergoing.
