Star hockey players on the ice of Seattle followed up on Sunday's 4:3 overtime win and won the sixth of the last seven games. Forward Jamie Benn (1+2) and defender Miro Heiskanen (0+3) led Dallas' win with three points. The team's most productive player, Jason Robertson, scored a goal and an assist to improve his season tally to 85 points.
Toronto led 2-0 at home against Buffalo after goals from Auston Matthews and Calle Järnkrok. The guests erased the hopeful lead of the Maple Leafs and turned the game around with four goals in a row.
