Disney Plus ordered a new TV series, titled Nautilus, inspired by the book by Jules Verne known as Twenty thousand leagues under the sea. The series was announced at the Edinburgh TV Festival and will consist of 10 episodes, through which the unknown story of the Captain Nemo and Nautilus, his legendary submarine.
The series is developed and co-produced by Xavier Marchand And Anand Tucker, while James Dormer is a screenwriter and executive producer e Johanna Devereaux is executive producer for Disney. The resumed they should start at the beginning of 2022.
