Les Trois Accords, Radio Radio, Valaire, Bouffe ton Centro, the Concerts de la Cité, the list of shows and events that will take place downtown Sherbrooke this summer is long and promising.

The musical and gastronomic programming of downtown Sherbrooke was unveiled Tuesday evening at the Granada Theater in front of more than 500 people.

The National Day of Quebec will be celebrated for free behind the Maxi grocery store downtown with Les Trois Accords taking the stage at the end of the evening. A few days later, for Canada Day, it will be the turn of Radio Radio and Qualité Motel to get the crowd moving in the same place.

Saturday, July 1, children will also be treated to one of their favorites, Arthur L'Aventurier.

Among the new features, the Concerts de la Cité will take place this year during the last three weekends of August, at Place de la Cité or on Wellington Street North. The Sherbrooke group Hey Major is also part of this program, as are Jeff Dubé, Valaire, Pilou, Ariane Roy and Frank Custeau.

It's going to be Fridays and Saturdays in August with 60% of the programming made up of musicians from Sherbrooke and many famous musicians that we love . We are very proud of our programming, says the general and artistic director of the Granada Theater, Suzanne-Marie Landry.

Le Sherblues & Folk also took the opportunity to announce the full lineup for its event.
