His success in the industry was more than replicated after the release of his first album thanks to songs like “IDGAF” and “Blow your mind.” He had the same repercussion with his second album, Future nostalgia, from which multi-award-winning singles such as “Don’t start now” and “Levitating” emerge.
Thanks to this, Dua Lipa has become an undeniable icon of modern pop. However, music would not be the only space that the British singer intends to explore. As detailed by The Hollywood Reporter (THR), Lipa will make her acting debut in the film Argylle, to which she will also contribute on the soundtrack.

In this case, the film will be a detective thriller and will tell us the story of Argylle, the best spy ever seen, who is involved in an adventure around the world.
Also, according to THR, it is expected that this project -based on the homonymous literary work written by Ellie Conway- be the beginning of at least one feature film trilogy. In addition, it is detailed that the plot will be set in different cities, in which London is included. Along these lines, it is known that the start of filming is scheduled for August of this year in Europe.

In fact, Vaughn himself assures the quality of his project. “When I read this first draft of the manuscript I felt that it was the most incredible and original spy franchise since Ian Fleming’s books of the 1950s. This is going to reinvent the spy genre,” he told THR.
