On November 5, Eleazar “N” was arrested at his home in the Naples neighborhood, in Mexico City.
His partner, the Peruvian artist Stephanie Valenzuela , had reported him for assaults and attempted strangulation, and after her, celebrities such as Vanessa López, Elia Ezrré and Jeanette Karam, former girlfriends of the actor, raised their voices and confessed that they also suffered physical abuse and psychological during the time they were with him.
After the hearing held on Friday, November 6, the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City confirmed this Sunday that a control judge linked Eleazar “N” to the trial for a crime of equal family violence. In addition, he reported that as a precautionary measure, he will remain two months in the North Men's Preventive Prison, at least until the complementary investigation phase is concluded.
After the crude account of his ex-partners, and the ruling of preventive detention, the actor's legal situation is very complicated. However, Televisa has not yet issued any statement in this regard , and has not explained what will happen to the character he plays in the telenovela The Mexican and the güero.
Eleazar “N” had an important role in the series, which premiered on August 17 in the country, and is starring Itatí Cantoral and Juan Soler. In the story, the Mexican artist gave life to Sebastián, a plastic surgeon. At this time, the new chapters are in the recording phase, which will last until December. However, the accused will not be able to return to filming, and it is unknown whether they will adapt the script due to his absence.

In an interview with reporter Eden Dorantes, the series producer, Nicandro Díaz, explained that it is still too early to make any decisions, or speak about it.
“Right now there is no accurate picture of what is happening, we do not know what the authorities are going to rule, we do not know what we are going to do for now. I already told you what I can tell you, “said Nicandro Díaz, who has also worked in front of successful productions such as Soy tu dueña .
On Friday, November 6, after more than six hours of hearing, Stephanie Valenzuela spoke to the media for the first time, explaining that she trusts Mexican justice. In addition, he specifically addressed the victims of gender violence and asked them to dare to report.
“First I want to take advantage of the cameras, and that many women are going to see me. I want to tell you to denounce, not to remain silent, that I fully trust Mexican justice. Today more than ever they have shown me that they can give us all the security to safeguard our integrity. Don't be afraid to report. I'm going to bring this to justice. The attacks have occurred within a dating relationship and I want you to know that I am only going to let things take their course for justice, ”said the Peruvian actress.
The investigation file states that the alleged assault occurred after a romantic evening in which Eleazar “N” asked Valenzuela to marry him. When he got home, he accused her of being distant during the date, hit her, threatened her and bit her on the cheekbones, on the chin, and on the right side of the jaw.
