Abu Dhabi – The Czech company Excalibur Army signed a contract with Resource Industries from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the production and delivery of 200 vehicles on Tatra chassis. The contract for 77 million euros (1.8 billion CZK) was announced by the company at the international arms trade fair IDEX 2023. The holding Czechoslovak Group, of which Excalibur is a part, stated this in a press release today.

According to the agreement, Resource Industries will manufacture and deliver to the market vehicles on Tatra chassis for both military and civilian purposes. The contract also includes the supply of Treva 30 rescue and evacuation vehicles.

The companies also count on further cooperation in the future. Resource Industries will become the holder of exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute and present vehicles on Tatra Force chassis for the United Arab Emirates, including the provision of service services and spare parts. Resource Industries will assemble vehicles on Tatra chassis in its own production plant directly in the UAE.
