Fedez was again denounced by Codacons: his work for the workers’ fund was compared to the Malika Chalhy case
Fedez is again at the center of a media fuss dictated by the complaints of the Codacons. Only this morning the cantate was acquitted of a conviction against him for defamation of a journalist. He did not have time to go home, however, when he found another complaint from Codacons on the table.
This time, the association for i Consumers, denounced the boy for the fundraising organized in full lockdown in favor of the workers of the show.
Together with Fedez, many other artists have raised 5 million that have been awakened to the workers brought to their knees by the crisis. On his Instagram Stories the young man vented by explaining:
I can not stand it anymore. I am persecuted by the Codacons. They can compare our fundraiser, with which we raised more than 5 million euros for show business workers, to Malika’s fundraiser. “You suck, I’m sick of being persecuted by you. It’s amazing that no one does anything to control you. I know what you do, how you do it. I’m sick of being persecuted even when doing good. They have the courage to piss off artists who have raised millions to help show business workers. How is this possible? I have 30 complaints, I have to go to court 30 times with these assholes clogging up public offices.
Codacons’ response to Fedez
The reaction of the association that issued a press release was immediate, explaining:
Evidently Fedez has not read our request, and if he has read it he has not understood it, demonstrating lightness and superficiality. The act presented by our association and to which the rapper refers is aimed precisely at protecting fundraisers such as the one started by Fedez, and at guaranteeing transparency and fairness to donors about the destination and use of the money raised. A request, as stated in the deed, which also calls into question the recent news events, such as the case of Malika who held the press for days and undermined the trust of citizens in charitable initiatives, without in any way comparing the collection of Fedez to that of the girl.
Then going into the merits of the accusations made by the rapper against our association, the insults, arrogance, the lies contained in his video and the violence shown against us will give Fedez a new libel suit, which the rapper could have avoided if only he had read (and understood) the deed that was served on him. In favor of the influencer we gladly allocate a small sum to pay a young Italian teacher who, from today, we will send to Fedez’s house when he will have to read acts written by us, to be sure that he reads them and understands them thoroughly.
