Despite the fact that the Delta variant of the coronavirus is already in Peru, this Saturday, July 3, the first public show in the country was held since the arrival of the pandemic. Corazón Serrano was in charge of this presentation with limited capacity, which was held in El Huaralino de Los Olivos and had the required biosafety protocols.
The local authorized 36% of its capacity and was a first step for a reactivation of one of the items hardest hit by the presence of COVID-19 in this part of the world. For this reason, other groups have congratulated this initiative and hope that their situation will improve in the coming weeks.

This was the case with Armonía 10, a historic cumbia group in Peru, which spoke through its official Facebook after the presentation of his colleagues. The Northerners congratulated that their business will have a live show again.
“Today, the door of hope for the artistic sector has been opened. Today our musical brothers from Corazón Serrano are giving the first pilot concert authorized by the Ministry of Culture of Peru in Huaralino, following all biosafety protocols. We trust that in the same way all artists will have the opportunity to return to work on stage and face-to-face concerts after more than a year and four months ”, the group began.
“Thanks to all who have made this project possible and today hope returns to us. We feel happy and hopeful. Masters, colleagues, being responsible we can work! ”, He concluded.
