It is known that the film’s plot is based on the history of the French edition of a major American magazine. The film is described as a “love letter to journalists”, which will combine different formats. For example, some of the scenes viewers will be able to see in black-and-white effect, and some in the form of animation.
The events in the film will unfold in the twentieth century, in the fictional town where the ambitious journalists working to create their own magazine. Starring in the film will play Tilda Swinton, Timothy Salama, bill Murray, Elisabeth moss and McDormand.
