Rome – Romelu Lukaku scored for the first time since injury to help Inter Milan consolidate second place in the Italian league table with a 3-1 win over Udine. City rival Inter also won in the 23rd round; AC Milan beat Monza 1:0, Junior Messias' goal in the first half helped them move to third place in the table. Riccardo Orsolini scored a 90th-minute goal to give Bologna a win over struggling Sampdoria Genoa.

Inter stepped up to win in the 17th minute when Dumfries was fouled in the penalty area. Lukaku faced the penalty, his attempt was blocked by the goalkeeper. However, the penalty was repeated and the Belgian striker scored for the second time. It was his first league goal since August.
