Kiev must respect all the technical conditions to decrypt data recorders, said in Tehran.
The Minister of roads and urban development of Iran Mohammad Eslami, said that Iran is ready to send to Kiev the black boxes of the downed airliner MAU, if Ukraine will be able to provide technical conditions for their transcripts, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
As said Eslami, the issue of transfer of recorders Ukraine or France is “technical and not political.” He claims that earlier the Ukrainian side does not have sufficient technical capacity, but now they are.
“Due cooperation in this matter involves the deciphering of the black boxes, in Ukraine, in the presence of experts of ICAO (International civil aviation organization). But if the conditions are not provided, then together we will do a transcript in France,” said the Minister.
Eslami also noted that the decoding of flight recorders in any case suggests the presence of representatives of Iran and Ukraine, as well as the manufacturer of the aircraft.
We will remind, Boeing UIA crashed in Tehran immediately after takeoff on 8 January. On Board were 167 passengers and nine crew members, they all died.
A few days later the Iranian authorities acknowledged that the plane was mistakenly shot down by the military.
