Prague – Javelin thrower Jakub Vadlejch will be aiming for his sixth victory at today's Josef Odložil Memorial in Prague on Juliska. Since 2017, he has turned every participation into a triumph, only missing in 2021. The main program will start at 17:00.

Olympic silver medalist from Tokyo Vadlejch is in excellent form at the beginning of the season. He threw over 88 meters during the triumph at the races in the Republic of South Africa and the second place at the Diamond League in Doha. The organizers will let him choose which direction he will throw at Dukla, taking into account the weather.
Besides Vadlejch, the biggest domestic stars of the meeting will be shot putter Tomáš Staněk, distance thrower Radek Juška and javelin thrower Nikola Ogrodníková. The pole vaulter Amálie Švábíková had to cancel the planned start, the bronze medalist from the indoor European Championship injured her ankle.
