The results before the afternoon final round of the extension group for the title were published by the organizer of the poll, the Ligová football association, which manages professional competitions in the Czech Republic. The personality of the league was the veteran Bohemians 1905 midfielder Josef Jindřišek, the foreigner of the season Sörensen and the discovery of Slavist winger Matěj Jurásek.

Krejčí dominated the poll, despite the fact that due to a lingering injury he only played in two rounds in the fall and before today's final match with Pilsen he played only 18 games in the league season. In the spring, however, he got into the shape of his life and led Sparta to its first title since 2014.

Krejčí scored 13 goals in the league season and is the best scorer in the competition among midfielders. At the same time, the statistics in the number of points per match are king. In addition, the defensive all-rounder played most of the match as a stopper. His maximum so far was eight goals from the 2020/21 season. Krejčí is primarily a specialist in penalties, he converted all eight, which is the most in the league. His penalty kicks were key at the end of the season.

Rezníček finished second in the voting with a distance of 30 points. Although Brno dropped to last place in the table before Sunday's final round, the experienced striker, who celebrated his 35th birthday on Friday, is having the season of a lifetime. He scored 19 goals in the league year and is one step away from the triumph among the Gunners. At the same time, he is only two goals short of joining the League Gunners' Club for players with 100 or more hits in the top competitions.

Sörensen took third place in the poll by another 38 points. The Danish full-back was also highly deserving of Sparta's title. The 26-year-old stopper, who came to Letná before the season, managed his team's defense and scored five goals, which makes him the second best defender in the league season in terms of goals. Last year's winner of the poll, Slavist defensive all-rounder Tomáš Holeš, finished fifth this time.

As expected, Priske triumphed among the trainers. The 46-year-old Danish coach won the title with Sparta in his first season at Letná, and the team under him suffered only two defeats in the league year. In addition, Priske became the first foreign coach, with the exception of Slovaks, who managed to win the highest Czech competition.

Jaroslav Veselý finished second with a distance of 49 points, who with Bohemians 1905 is attacking for fourth place and the first promotion of the “Klangaros” to the European cups in separate history. Jindřich Trpišovský finished second in the table with Slavia for the second time in a row and was again third in the poll.

The oldest player of the competition, Jindřišek, received the prize for the personality of the league. The captain of Bohemians 1905 converted a penalty against Jablonec at the end of April and, at 42 years, two months and 16 days, became the oldest scorer in the top division in separate history.

Discovery of the season 19-year-old winger Matěj Jurásek scored six goals for Slavia in the league season and added five assists. In the fans' vote in the polls, the player of the match was triumphed by his colleague from Eden, striker Mick van Buren, who visited Liberec in the autumn.
