Coronavirus vaccination for people over the age of 70 began this Tuesday with an earlier transformation at the Cordoba Convention Center.
Amid the vaccination scandal of prominent figures in the national government, Carlitos’ famous “La Mona” Jimenez’s presence caught attention.
He arrived like another neighbor, wearing a mask and respecting protocols, and waited his turn.

“I came as another citizen. I am happy. At the end of the year we hope that the window of joy opens for the Quartet,” he said. Series 3.

He continued, “I will continue to take care of myself, with the mask as it should.”
“I was locked in for eleven months waiting for this vaccine. Last night I slept for two hours and was anxious and scared and waited for this moment.”
People should be vaccinated, as it is necessary. My heart was beating when I received the vaccine. I will not be free as before, but I will have more freedom. “I will be able to go out to eat and drink.”
