MAURANE AND LARA FABIAN ON THE set OF ‘THE WINNERS OF The YEAR’.

Thursday, may 7, marked the two years of the death of the singer Maurane. The occasion for her friend, Lara Fabian to give him a vibrant tribute, by pushing the same song.
“You are my Other, ever”. On may 7, 2018, Maurane disappeared at the age of 57 years of”accidental cause”. And for the second anniversary of his death, his girlfriend Lara Fabian gripped her account Instagram to make him a vibrant tribute, taking the song On a prelude of Bach, the title released in 1993 and remains one of the most famous of Maurane. “As I think of you today… as I love you”, lance Lara Fabian at the end of the video.
“Two years, that you are party to an elsewhere, but your voice still echoes in my ears… like a breath of peace and love… We sang so many times together… You are my Other, forever… But today, this is me singing for you… @mauraneofficiel, my friend, you lack it in our lives, and I love you…”, added the singer in the caption of its publication. A beautiful tribute from Lara Fabian, which had been very affected by the death of his girlfriend, with whom she worked regularly and recorded the famous title You are my Other.
Lara Fabian : “It is difficult to accept that Maurane is a party”
Since the disappearance of his girlfriend, Lara Fabian does not miss a year, to pay tribute to maureen mcgovern, as she had already done for the first anniversary of his disappearance. “It is difficult, part of me does not accept it, due, in particular, the singer in an interview with Closer. And the other part is convinced that the link is severed forever. It is a great loss in every sense”. But despite the disappearance of Maurane, the coach of The Voice 2020 has found a way to remember her forever. “At the same time, there is something immortal through his voice. You can listen to still today what she is and what she relayed to us. But it is so fucking difficult to accept that it is a party”, she added, before revealing that she had held to pay tribute to him on his fourteenth album, Butterfly. “The song Alcyon, on the album, this is for her”.
