London – Tennis player Jiří Lehečka advanced to the doubles final for the first time in his career on the ATP circuit. On the grass at London's Queen's Club, he continues his successful campaign with the American Taylor Fritz, and in the semi-finals they got the valuable scalp of the world number 1s Wesley Koolhof and Neal Skupski. They defeated the first seeded Dutch-British couple 6:3, 7:6.

The 21-year-old Lehečka thus makes up for the disappointment of the singles match in the doubles, in which he lost in the 2nd round to the tournament's number one Carlos Alcaraz during his London debut. However, his premiere cooperation with Fritz in the doubles match is exceedingly successful. In the 1st round, they eliminated the fourth-seeded Monaco-Polish pair Hugo Nys, Jan Zieliňski, in the quarter-finals they defeated the Frenchmen Nicolas Mahut and Fabrice Martin.
They will play for the title with the winner of the second semi-final between the tournament doubles, the Croatian Ivan Dodig and the American Austin Krajicek and the Mexican-French couple Santiago Gonzalez, Edouard Roger-Vasselin.
