The Argentine team beat Colombia and qualified for the final of the Copa América (next Saturday against Brazil at the Maracana). Lionel Messi experienced the penalty shoot-out with great emotion and let off steam after the victory.
After converting his penalty to equalize the score, it was Yerry Mina’s turn and the Everton defender couldn’t beat Emiliano Martínez. Leo celebrated and sent a strong message to the Colombian:.“Dance now!”he yelled repeatedly.

What was the reason for your words? Messi recalled Mina’s dance in the penalty shootout against Uruguay. The defender managed to convert Muslera, but did not have the same luck against Aregntina. In the quarterfinals, his dance went viral after scoring and now he was left with the desire.

Yerry Mina and Lionel Messi shared a team at Barcelona. The Colombian arrived in 2018, but played little and did not live up to the expectations he had generated. There he spent 18 months, until he was finally transferred to Everton to play in the Premier League. His relationship mattered little to the Argentine and he unburdened himself against his former partner at the celebration.
