The National Association of Tax Employees (ANEF) denounced mistreatment and workplace harassment by five regional authorities, in Los Lagos.
The Regional Council of ANEF denounced these events after conducting a survey of public workers about their employment situation.
Among those denounced is the Seremi de Energía, Liliana Alarcón and the Seremi de la Mujer, Macarena Gré.
They are joined by authorities from the Highway Department, the Better Childhood service and the INE.< /p>
The president of the regional ANEF, Pamela Espinoza, pointed out that this type of practice allegedly carried out by these authorities goes against President Boric's discourse.
“Here in the region, what we observe in the face of all these complaints is that < strong>goes in a speech contrary to what President Boric has indicated regarding decent work“, said the leader.
Government responds to ANEF
In response to these complaints, the Presidential Delegate, Giovanna Moreira, assured that the administrative protocols that demonstrate the existence of the facts must be complied with.
“Here it is super important that when a complaint is filed there must be an administrative process that demonstrates what was the situation that actually occurred , before making a trial,” he said.
Regarding the complaint that specifically affects the Seremi de Energía, Moreira pointed out that the ministry is taking the necessary safeguards and all the procedures. All institutions have protocols to follow“.
The delegate assured that the government It will take all the administrative and political measures that correspond to the facts denounced by the ANEF.
