The withdrawalé died in January 2017, a death unrelated to his previous poisoning. Three months later, his wife is indicted, considered the main suspect. She underwent several interrogations. The gendarmes also exhumed the body of her first husband in order to know the precise reasons for his death. After five years of investigation, the octogenarian was finally arrested. cleared of any suspicion of crime.
