Doha – Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev won the tournament in Doha. In the final in a duel between the former world No. 1s, he defeated the British Andy Murray twice 6:4 and claimed his second title of the season.

Medvedev entered the match strongly and took the first set after taking a 4-1 lead. The 27-year-old Russian also entered the second set with a break, he lost a 3:1 lead, but won a decisive break at 4:4.
