Municipalities of Chiloé of Chiloé, the Association of Municipalities of the archipelago questioned that a holder of the position has not yet been confirmed. Currently surrogacy is in the hands of the Social Development Seremi, Enzo Jaramillo, who must alternate his duties between Castro and Puerto Montt.
