New York – New Jersey defeated NY Rangers 2: 1 in overtime and reduced the series to 1:2 per games. Toronto also succeeded in overtime, defeating Tampa Bay 4:3 and taking a 2:1 lead in the series. The match between Winnipeg and Vegas ended up to the second set twenty-minute period.
