Ankara – In the February earthquake that claimed over 52,000 lives in Turkey and Syria, many animals also died. A two-and-a-half-year-old Doberman who was buried in the rubble of a house in Hatay province was lucky to survive in the collapsed house for 29 days. When they freed her on Monday, she surprised them with three offspring. The local media informed about it today.

“Thank God, a miracle happened,” said the Doberman owner happily. “Silo, Silo,” Kadir Keyifli called as rescuers broke down the wall behind which his female was. When they finally got to her, what was their surprise when they also found three puppies.
The female was very emaciated, but she got out of the rubble on her own. According to local media, she survived thanks to a package of dog kibble she found there. All four were taken to a veterinarian in the city of Adana, and the puppies were bottle-fed and ended up in an incubator for the time being.
