The generosity of people, but also the addition of parallel activities have made it possible to raise this record sum, according to Julie Guertin.
There are people who have joined us . We have been microchipping with the Pile-Poil veterinary clinic for a few years. This year, the Kawaii grooming salon graciously offered us a nail clipping day. And DFA Photographe offered a photo shoot last week, to help us raise money too, she says.
Help appreciated

For the palliative care home in Amos, this is an important boost. It needs the community's financial support to carry out its mission.
Basically, the house lives through the community and the generosity of people. The beds are subsidized, but we know that salaries are a big part of the budget. So, it helps us a lot, all these activities. For the house, it is very important, assures Francine Gélinas-Hudon, administrative assistant at the Maison du Bouleau Blanc in Amos.
