Route 113 dominates CAA-Quebec's 2023 list of the worst roads in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Nord-du-Québec.

Over the past few months, Route 113 has been attracting attention with its potholes in the roadway and crevasses near the shoulder.

The road is described as “dangerous” according to motorists and the mayor of Lebel-sur-Quévillon, Guy Lafrenière.

Investments have recently been announced by the Government of Quebec for the rehabilitation and paving of segments between Lebel-sur-Quévillon and Chapais. Minister Jean Boulet, responsible for Nord-du-Québec, then mentioned that he was concerned about the state of degradation on Route 113.

CAA-Québec indicates that users do not did not mention other routes in Nord-du-Québec.

In its 2023 list by region, route 109, route du Lithium and rue Perreault Est in Rouyn-Noranda hold the attention.

In 2023 , chemin du Lac-Mourier in Malartic, route 109 in Amos and route 113 north in Senneterre had been mentioned by road users.
