Kyiv – At least two people lost their lives and eight others was injured during Russian shelling of the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk, announced the head of the Donetsk regional administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko. According to him, the Russians used cluster ammunition fired from rocket launchers during the shelling. They hit a park and a funeral home, damaging about ten houses.

“They are deliberately shelling the city and trying to kill as many civilians as possible,” Kyrylenko said to the Russians, according to the newspaper Ukrainska Pravda. “They will be held accountable for all crimes. The International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for (Russian President Vladimir) Putin is the first step towards a just punishment,” he added.
According to the governor, the town of Kostiantynivka was also targeted by cluster munitions fired from Russian rocket launchers , where six people were injured after the central market was hit. The fire also damaged ten private houses, nine high-rise buildings, a school, a children's shop, ten cars and garages.
“The occupying troops of the terrorist state are fighting against the civilian population. We must stop them, with the strength of the Ukrainian army and the efforts of the entire civilized world ,” Kyrylenko emphasized.
