Since a few days, this is a concern other, more surprising, which seems to knock some copies of Galaxy S20. In fact, the forums Samsung identify several messages about a malfunction of the camera main. In fact, some owners of Galaxy S20 Ultra have, a priori, since the glass of the photo sensor to their smartphone… break.

A glass that breaks… all alone ?

At the present time, impossible to know the origin of the problem, it is still the case that different victims argue that their smartphone has not experienced the least shock, and was not the victim of the slightest fall. In all likelihood, the glass, behind which are housed the various photo sensors of the smartphone would be so broken, herself…

Some explain that the problem manifests itself in the form of a slight crack, which distorts the performance of the sensors. For others, the glass was broken… The side of Samsung, it is explained, of course, that this kind of damage is not supported by the warranty, and the users thus do not have any other choice than to proceed to a repair fee, of the order of$ 100 for holders of a guaranteed Premium Care, and$ 400 for the other.

Many users now issue theories according to which there would be a real design flaw, and some even ask to Samsung to recall the official. Remains to know now if the concern is only for the few users, or if it will extend more widely…
