This Sunday, however, Emmanuel Macron is expected to confirm the end of the state of emergency , a priori, announced for the 10th of July. But, as was revealed in the daily World Wednesday, this lifting of the state of emergency should be accompanied by a transitional period of four months. The latter, approved by the scientific council, will allow to impose restrictions in some areas, such as limitations or health measures, in particular in public transport, for example.
For the time being, the third step of the déconfinement is scheduled for June 22. It should in particular allow the re-opening of the restaurants and bars located in the orange zone, either in the Île-de-France, Guyana and Mayotte. Up to now, in these departments, only the terraces can be exploited.
This date will also mark the reopening of the theatres and cinemas.
To to a relaxation of sanitary measures in the school ?
In his speech Sunday, Emmanuel Macron says may be more about easing the possible health measures in schools, claimed by many actors of the society. For the time being, only 1.8 million students in a total of $ 6.7 million, are returned in class, most of them part-time.
