The ingredients needed for the preparation of natural syrup:

  • 1 liter of water
  • tablespoon
  • grated ginger
  • a pound of onions
  • Two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • Two tablespoons of turmeric powder, 1/2
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 200 ml honey

Take onion, peel it and cut into very small pieces, then you put them in a pot and cover with water. Let marinate at least an hour.

Bring to the boil and add the turmeric, pepper and ginger, let it boil one minute, cover and leave to infuse until cool.

Strain the mixture and add the lemon juice and honey, mix thoroughly using a wooden spoon.

Place the syrup in a glass clean container and store in the refrigerator.

It is recommended to use 1 tablespoon of the syrup on an empty stomach and 2 tbsp before lunch, eat until then, until the syrup does not end up, by the time your lungs should be completely clean and you will notice changes in your body.
