Kranjska Gora (Slovenia) – Swiss favorite Marco Odermatt is leading the Giant Slalom of the Ski World Cup in Kranjska Gora after the first round. The reigning Olympic champion and world champion has an ongoing lead of 53 hundredths of a second over the home Slovenian Žan Kranjec. Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen, Odermatt's biggest rival in the fight for the small globe, is another hundredth behind in third.
