The Hague – The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin's commissioner for children's rights, Maria Lvova-BÄ›lova. The court opened their prosecution in connection with the Russian invasion of Ukraine, specifically due to attacks on civilian infrastructure and the abduction of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories to Russia. The ICC announced this in a statement released today.
