Late last year, the madness, The Mandalorian swept through the world. The first series really iconic Disney+ was a buzz incredible, in particular through the character of baby Yoda. Even today, we continue to learn little surprises in season 1 particularly successful, such as the fact that Mark Hamill has offered a surprising cameo. A sign that the series still continues to surf on the buzz, the merchandising still works wonderfully.
The Mandalorian makes up for it
The announcement fell a few weeks ago, but remained rather unnoticed on this side of the Atlantic since it is a brand only sold in the United States. They were talking about cereals brand General Mills, which contain marshmallows. If we will judge the eating habits of Americans, the fact that a brand launched again in such a partnership so long after the release of the first season is also a clear sign of its commercial power.

As a reminder, Disney+ sacrificed the merchandising around The Mandalorian, and in particular baby Yoda at the time of exit. A choice completely assumed in order not to take the risk that the existence of the “Child” is revealed to the world before the first episode.
The release date of these cereal instead of the original has not been revealed, but they were promised for the summer. We should soon be able to discover postings on social networks.
For this is the continued adventures of The Mandalorian and baby Yoda, the good news came a few weeks ago. While many series and movies have been delayed because of the epidemic of coronavirus, the bounty hunter and his sidekick will be at the time. The second season is planned to be part of the month of October on Disney+.
