Falun (Sweden) – Swedish cross-country skiers won the mixed relay at the home World Cup in Falun. The quartet of Calle Halfvarsson, Moa Ilarová, Edvin Anger and Jonna Sundlingová won the 4×5 km race by 4.6 seconds ahead of the favored Norwegians. The Germans finished just third.

Czech runners did not start in the race. The World Cup still has Tuesday's free technique sprints in Falun and the final weekend in Lahti. There will be a pair sprint, a classic technique sprint and a 20 km final race with a mass start, also classical.
