Dinner is a crucial meal for those who decided to get rid of extra pounds. Nutritionist Cynthia Sass explains what to eat for dinner, to effectively reduce weight.
“Many of my clients tell me what to eat properly … until dinner time. Tired and hungry, they smeared cheese and crackers, go to a restaurant. Or they open a bottle of wine, which leads to continuous consumption of food in front of the TV,” says nutritionist Cynthia Sass.
Snack nuts and “healthy soup”
When you have not eaten for hours, it can be hard to wait until dinner, so you start to lash out on the harmful snacks. Try to eat a quarter Cup of almonds, put them into his mouth one at a time while you prepare a quick and simple soup of vegetables and lean meat (or fish).
If you want sweet, it is best to limit fruit. For dessert, grab a Cup of small fruits that you can eat one serving with your hands (eg grapes or berries) or eat a Cup of sliced fresh fruit such as kiwi, Apple or pear. This should suppress the desire to start dinner with a piece of cake.
Healthy dinner in no time
Mix three ounces of canned salmon with a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and two teaspoons of olive oil. Cut bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and pour a mixture of salmon.

If you do not want to cook, or you were called to the restaurant, order seafood, fish and vegetable side dishes — make no mistake.
