Prague – Outgoing Chief of Military Police Otakar Foltýn will join the Military Office of the President of the Republic. The information of the Seznam Zprávy server was confirmed by Foltýn. He stated that the head of the military office, Radek Hasala, will decide on his inclusion.

Foltýn should leave his post as head of the Military Police (VP) today, and Jiří Roček is to replace him as of March 1. According to the law, the head of the Defense Ministry is appointed and dismissed by the Minister of Defense after discussion in the parliamentary defense committee, which discussed the matter at this morning's meeting.
