Uherské Hradiště – With Sparta's football players directly on the pitch after a goalless draw with Slovácko in the penultimate fourth round of the superstructure in Uherské Hradiště, hundreds of fans celebrated winning the league title, running onto the playing field from their sector for one of the goals. After the final whistle, the Leten team put on special T-shirts with, among other things, the number 37, symbolizing the number of championship primates in the highest competition. At the same time, they were looking forward to the long journey home to Prague and the subsequent wave of celebrations.

About 1,500 fans traveled to Uherské Hradiště for the Spartans, who only needed a draw to clinch the title. Leten supporters completely filled the sector behind the goal and at times created a home environment for their team against Slovácko.
Shortly before the final whistle, heavy-duty police entered the area around the pitch, but in the end they did not stand in front of the visiting sector and let hundreds of fans run onto the lawn . Leten supporters gathered in the middle of the field around the Spartans' bench and chanted the victorious shouts of “Champions” or “So we're first, so what”.
The players and the implementation team from Prague put on gray championship T-shirts with the words “Champions from L37ná” and the years 1893 and 2023 symbolizing the year the club was founded and this year's title win. The Spartans will take over the winner's cup only on Saturday after the last round at home against Pilsen. Letenský are celebrating their first title since 2014.
“The emotions are amazing. It's obvious what it means to a lot of people, especially those who have been at Sparta for a very long time. I saw some people from the club crying and happy at the same time. I'm proud to be part of this club, ” said the Danish coach of Sparta Brian Priske at the press conference.
The captain of Prague, Ladislav Krejčí Jr., who somewhat symbolically wears the jersey with the number 37, was experiencing great emotions. “It was a beautiful motive that we all followed. I he dug it in a little more and I kept it in mind. Just great,” the 24-year-old defensive all-rounder rejoiced.
After the first wave of immediate celebrations in Uherské Hradiště, the Spartans were looking forward to the bus journey back to Prague, which it normally takes over three hours. “In the situations you see me in, I try to be calm. But I like to show emotions, they are important. Not only in football, but also in life. So I will like to celebrate with the boys. We are relatively lucky that we have a long bus ride ahead of us . We have enough time to enjoy there, it will be beautiful,” said Priske.
“Immediately after the final whistle I looked around, I don't even remember much. I thought there would be more euphoria, but it was more I've lost a lot. I'm looking forward to all the celebrations, I'll be celebrating for a long time,” Krejčí smiled.
